1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", or "your") and baj9 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of all services, features, games, and content available at baj9.io and its associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications (collectively, "the Platform").

By accessing the Platform, completing the registration process, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise using any service offered by baj9, you acknowledge that you have read, fully understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as any additional rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms are provided in English. Where any translation is made available for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency or dispute.

2 Eligibility

To register for and use the baj9 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person, not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. baj9 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all real-money gaming activity. Players aged under 21 are not permitted to register or participate in any real-money games or betting markets on the Platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or depositing funds on behalf of, any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of a current employee or director of baj9 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be located in, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law, and you assume sole responsibility for determining the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction.

baj9 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or closure of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending compliance review.

3 Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration

To access real-money games and betting markets on baj9, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested on the registration form. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the baj9 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited. baj9 employs technical and procedural measures to detect and prevent duplicate account creation.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. baj9 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to provide an additional layer of security.

You must notify baj9's support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. baj9 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials or failed to notify us in a timely manner.

3.3 KYC Verification

baj9 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. Before processing any withdrawal, baj9 may request the following documentation:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of current residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account screenshots or statements).

baj9 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation is grounds for immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

baj9 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. baj9 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are set by baj9 and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of transaction. baj9 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time with prior notice to users.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within four (4) hours of submission, subject to successful KYC verification and security checks. In cases where additional verification is required, processing times may be extended. baj9 shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment service providers.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and winnings are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). baj9 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Attempts to deposit using non-BDT payment methods may be declined.

4.5 Anti-Money-Laundering

baj9 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward money laundering and financial crime. All transactions are monitored. Unusual or suspicious activity will be flagged for review, and baj9 reserves the right to freeze accounts, delay withdrawals, and report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. Deposited funds must originate from a payment source registered in your own name.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

baj9 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between the general terms set out in this section and the specific terms of a particular promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New players who successfully register and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is available to new registered users only. One welcome bonus per household, IP address, device, and payment method applies. The welcome bonus is subject to wagering requirements which will be specified in the promotion details.

5.3 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn. Only wagers placed using eligible games will contribute toward the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game type will be specified in the applicable promotion terms.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse baj9's bonus system — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, the use of low-risk or hedging betting strategies to clear bonuses, or coordinated bonus abuse with other players — will result in the cancellation of all bonus balances and associated winnings, and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets are subject to acceptance by baj9. baj9 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet has been placed on an event that has already concluded, where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns, or where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.

6.2 Sports Betting

All sports betting markets — including live in-play markets on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, and other sports — are subject to the specific sporting rules applicable to each market. Settled results will follow the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, FIFA, etc.). baj9 is not responsible for errors in third-party data feeds that temporarily display incorrect scores or odds during live play.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games available on the baj9 Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) from licensed game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the certified RNG and are not influenced by baj9. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are indicative long-run averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions.

6.4 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or connectivity failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, baj9 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the player's account balance. baj9 accepts no liability for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond refunding the stake for the affected round.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baj9 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the forfeiture of account balances and pending withdrawals, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age.
• Using automated bots, scripts, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit games, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploitation of known or discovered errors are not considered legitimate and will be voided.
• Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity, fraud, or from payment accounts not registered in your own name.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any purpose connected with financial crime.
• Engaging in any form of abuse, harassment, or threatening behaviour toward baj9 staff or other users.
• Selling, transferring, or otherwise disposing of your account or account funds to any third party.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited and where you are aware that your access constitutes a violation of applicable local law.

8 Responsible Gaming

baj9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with tools to manage their gaming activity. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming features, accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your baj9 account.
• Session Reminders: Configure time-based alerts that notify you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days) without permanent closure.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the baj9 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, data compilations, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of baj9 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming activity. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of baj9.

Game content provided by third-party game studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) remains the intellectual property of the respective game studio and is licensed to baj9 for display on the Platform. 11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, baj9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenues, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss of data or account information resulting from technical failures.
• Interruptions to service, downtime, or Platform unavailability.
• Losses arising from your reliance on inaccurate information displayed due to technical errors or third-party data feed failures.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

In all cases, baj9's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your baj9 account in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

baj9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, baj9 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered users via email or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights or obligations of either party) may be made without prior notice.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the baj9 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. baj9 operates as an online gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and conducts its activities in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions in which it operates.
